By accessing or using our website at wetrade.academy, including our personality quiz assessment, SMS messaging program, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
WeTrade Academy provides: the trading personality quiz, a free results page, an optional premium full report (currently a one-time fee of 39 USD), educational content, and optional SMS updates and marketing messages related to our products and services. The Service is educational only and is not a trading platform, brokerage, or financial advisory service.
All content, assessments, reports, and materials are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions and should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. If we discover a user is under 18, we may terminate access immediately.
The quiz and initial results are free; the premium report requires a one-time payment of 39 USD. Payments are processed by third-party processors, and you agree to comply with their terms. Access to the premium report is typically delivered immediately after successful payment.
Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.
By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly opting in (for example, by submitting a form that references SMS consent), you agree to receive SMS or MMS messages from WeTrade Academy related to quiz results, service updates, and promotional messages about our products and educational content. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide and that you have authority to consent to receiving SMS messages at that number. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our control.
Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers, text-messaging opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes and are shared only with service providers who assist in delivering SMS messages or as required by law.
All content and software used in the Service are owned by WeTrade Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree to use the Service lawfully, provide accurate information, and not interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service. Your quiz responses and other submitted information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeTrade Academy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading or investment losses. Total liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of 100 USD or the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that results will be accurate or reliable.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeTrade Academy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of others' rights, or trading/investment decisions you make.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; previously purchased digital content may remain accessible at our discretion, except where termination is due to misuse or breach.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dundalk, Maryland, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and WeTrade Academy regarding the Service.
